Work:

I started teaching adults professionally in 1988 and have gained considerable experience ranging from working with the Management Consultants at McKinsey London, to becoming a senior student training new students at a health clinic in Taiwan.

As a therapist I started working professionally at London College of Shiatsu in 1999. Over the decades I have learnt and put into practise a number of different therapies. I am indebted to the clients I have worked with, they have and they continue to inform my practice.

As a Shintaido instructor I enjoy bringing this life Affirming Health exercise to a wider public and I am actively engaged in its development and promotion. With my work as a teacher at Body Harmonics I am grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience.
